REVIEW: Area101 "Eat The Rich" Party & PLAYSTATION

Also for those of you in the Los Angeles area, you MUST know about the promoters known as "AREA101." They are rapidly gaining a reputation as one of the HOTTEST party-throwers in the L.A. area. Check out these reader reviews of their last party:

"Area 101 Studio's "Eat the Rich" Fetish Feast. A group of about 50 was
treated to a fabulous five-course dinner prepared by award-winning chefs
Alberto Mattioli & Luca Sarti. I'm not sure what all the food was called,
but it was all delicious! The food and plentiful wine was served by a bevy
of beautiful waitresses wearing G-string aprons. After the meal, very erotic
entertainment was provided by Maya Divine & Eric Masterson. To everyone's
delight, their act proceeded from making out and light whipping to a highly
erotic performance on top of the dinner table. Musical ambiance was provided
throughout the evening by DJ's Ali &Gearwhore. There's something special
about being served extraordinary food by fetish beauties while listening
to Nine Inch Nails! Then, to top it off, desert was wheeled out. This was
a lovely girl with carefully placed chocolate adorning her body which the
guests proceeded to lovingly lick off! Kudos to Federico and company. This
was a very classy, well done event. It sets a new standard for fetish events
in the L.A. area. Hats off to Area 101!!"

"Frederico's party was great. I repeat: The party was GREAT! It was like
this: I arrived and everyone was dressed to the hilt in High Fetish, i.e.
rubber, pvc, leather, latex. The banquet table was made in a three sided
square just like a roman feast. There were four beautiful waitresses. They
served everyone very well and it was kind of wild how some of the guests
became quite friendly with the waitresses (with their consent of course).
Anyway, the food was great and then there was this other porn actress named
Maya Divine. I never saw it but she was in a documentary on HBO re the life
of a stripper. The woman I took to the party saw this documentary and said
it was bizarre because she felt like she knew Maya. Anyway, Maya and her
boyfriend did a very erotic show for everyone. Her boyfriend dominated her
while she was bent over holding onto the table looking right at the guests
(and even talking to them!). Then, after a five course dinner, Naughtia
Childs was brought out for dessert and a very special dessert she was! She
was lying on her back on a table and had chocolate sauce, whipped cream
and pastries all over her. Everyone licked off just about every last bit
of sweetness from her beautiful body from her head to her toes! I had never
seen anything quite like it. Looking back on this, it all seems a bit bizarre,
hard to believe, like I'm making it up. But it's true, I swear. Wish you
could have been there!"

Also new to the L.A. Area is a very sexy new Fetish event that takes a little bit of work to get inside. When you see the business card flyers for PLAYSTATION, all they have are some beautiful Fetish Images and a phone number. You must call the phone number for directions and to leave your name on a Guest List. It may seem like a bit of a hassle or a throw-back to the early days of Raves, but trust me when I tell you it is worth it. :-)
The first PLAYSTATION party I attended had some spectacular DJ's such as DJ Charles who apprenticed to DJ Doubt from the Ministry Of Sound. I personally did a very long S&M scene on the St. Andrews Cross in front of the Main Stage while DJ Charles spun, and both my sub and I LOVED IT! Super-high-energy and sexy at the same time. The theme was Andy Warhol, and on the walls of the Downtown L.A. Art Gallery where the party was held, Andy Warhol movies like his Frankenstein and Dracula were being shown all night long. A wide mix of people showed up, including a couple of Fire-Dancers who entranced the audience with a brief, impromptu performance. I would say at least 60% of the people were in High-Fetish Fashion, and almost everyone else was at least in sexy club attire. The promoter himself did several S&M shows with a couple of extremely attractive women one of whom switched roles with him halfway through the scene. Very hot! In the chill-out room, two women engaged in a lively erotic wrestling match on a small stage for the enjoyment of the voyeurs in that room. Although the party went on until 4 a.m., I have to say that the energy stayed high all night long. The Playstation info/RSVP line is: 310-879-9409

year's Primal Colors was the first attempt to hold a Piercing and Tattoo
festival inside the San Francisco City Limits. Meeting with moderate success,
the festival held at the Fort Mason Pavilion -- both last year and this
year -- was nonetheless very well received and enjoyed by all who attended.
This year more focus will be given on a spectacular fashion show, and more

Mistress Shaydee is putting together what sounds like it could be an amazing
new resource for All Of Us. Sort of a Database/Library of ALL THINGS FETISH/BDSM
if you will. It may start off slow, but this could well become our Community's
own personal Fetish Library Of Alexandria.

out with and that I think is an excellent endeavor. As you may or may not

good web admin called Stefan. He has embarked on several new sites to help

What we are looking to put up are articles
and essays on real experience and technique as well as opinions (if you

that you wish to share, please make sure to obtain permission and list all
proper credits. You are also welcome to send in book reviews, movie/video

At first the very Christian folks from Castlebar's City Hall were quite shocked, but after a bit of correspondence with the proprietrix seem to have warmed up and are taking the whole issue with a bit of good humor. The entire event centered around the slightly behind-the-times Castlebar Ireland folks thinking they could have damion's website shut down or removed due to some conflict of interest. Nonetheless, protected by basic Internet Law and basic International Copyright Law, damion remained completely polite to the Irish inquiries and explained that she took the name in fact because of her ancestors who came from Castlebar in Mayo County Ireland. The tale of the encounter made it into the widely published Mayo County News under the heading, "Controversial 'Castlebar' website cannot be removed from Internet" They came, they saw, their jaws dropped, they learned about registering domain names sooner, and they made peace with the proprietrix. Many of you who have mixed feelings about the Power Exchange may not realize that the PE's Sunday nights are Couples Only, and even the owner says they are his favorite regular night with the highest quality crowd. One long-standing and contributing member of the IQ had this to say about the PE Sunday Couples-Only nights:
"Sunday's at P.E. are couples nights -- they will not allow any single men or GISCS. (Ed. -- for those new to IQ, GISC stands for "Guys/Gals in Street Clothes"). My wife and I have gone for the last two weeks in a row and have really enjoyed it. It is very calm with less people so almost all of the furniture is available all of the time. Without all the hubbub and crowd it feels much less competitive and so far we haven't had any problems with other people forcing themselves on us or invading our scene. Both nights there have been at least a few couples who fall into the serious player category doing scenes. It's been fun to watch and learn without the huge crowd mobbing up. Anyway just thought I'd share. I think Sunday would make an excellent I.Q. night and my wife and I are already attending on a regular basis. If you knew how picky we are, you would be pretty impressed by this report. Please pass the word on."

REVIEW: The First GGPET Party of 2000

The GGPET Parties, now going into their 3rd year, started off with a Serious BANG this year, with what was undoubtedly THEE BEST GGPET party EVER! Why? Because THIS TIME we were allowed to use the venue GHIA's for free to hold the occasional Pre-Party that the GGPET sometimes has. This allowed people to meet early at a completely gawker free environment, share some food, dance on the dance floor, get started in the modest play area, and even take a few BDSM Workshops &/or watch some BDSM videos. The workshops included a half-hour interactive class by the Two Knotty Boys presenting basic quick-tie bondage play with live demonstrations &class-supplied rope (so the audience could follow along). They had names for the different ties like, "Bondage Safety (What Knot and What Not to Do)," "Securing Anchor Points (No Bedposts Required)," and "The Samurai Tie (10,000 Prisoners Can't Be Wrong)."
EVERYONE came well-dressed to the Pre-Party which was absolutely an event in and of itself. A few people even chose to make the Pre-Party, which attendees ONLY knew about via the INIQUITY or BOUND Lists, their entire night out. Most people however, after getting all worked up at GHIAs, then made their way to the Power Exchange by 11pm (ish) and continued to enjoy some excellent S&M for many more hours into the night. According to Mike Powers, the owner of the Power Exchange, the GGPET crowd that Saturday night made up as much as 75% of the crowd there!!! How is that for a literal "Takeover" by beautiful, well-dressed Players? :-)
Suffice it to say that if this can become the regular pattern for the GGPET parties, then the whole concept has just shot up to an entirely new level of quality -- come to an Amazing, free Pre-Party of your fellow Pervs from INIQUITY and BOUND, get yourself worked up with a great social atmosphere, food, and dancing, and then flog the rest of the night away at the PE. ;-)
Obviously with the closing of GHIAs the GGPET will need to find a new space to hold the Pre-Parties. If you know of such a place (a good, small venue) then definitely send word to Jason or Patricia at BOUND@sfgoth.com
